I have been doing Crossfit for almost 2 years now. A lot of people in my crossfit box (gym) use knee supports and I never really saw the need to use them during my first year. I am a 28 year old male and feel like my health is adequate that I never really bothered. Last October I participated in my first tough mudder with a group of friends and during the 11th mile I hyper extended my left knee a little bit. I was able to finish running with just minor pain. I noticed soon afterwards that my normal range of motion became a little limited as the outside of my knee pained me when it was bent to a certain level for too long.I shopped around for knee supports to help my left knee and settled on the rehband basic line knee support.I could not be more happy. The support is tight enough to give the level of support I need without being to tight as to cut off circulation. I am happy to report that I can do literally any exercise and lift without my knee bothering me even a little with these supports.I have been using it for a little more than 4 months now all together and the results have been amazing. Not only am I working out without pain but I have made substantial gains in all my major lifts. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a little support with weak or slightly injured knees.

I have used these for 3 weeks now. They have helped with the pain I would get on my left knee from an old injury, however they bunch down when I walk, or after each exercise. I followed the chart, but still get that slide and wonder if I should have gone one size down.

I had 5mm Rehband knee pad and try to use 3mm this time.I live & workout in Vietnam so it's really hot weather all the time so 5mm is too hot. Of course itsupport my knee very well as well but still too hot so I should wash them all the time and finallythe sweat smell is not getting out from the pad even I wash, drive under the sunshine..I love this 3mm pad. Much less hot and still supports knee well. Thank you supplier.

I just started doing CrossFit this year and about as far from in shape as one can be without qualifying for a TLC show. I didn't order them two sizes too small as my trainer suggested for fear that my supple calf wouldn't fit and boy am I glad I ignored her advice. The sleeves are awesome and they do not roll. You will have a little sweat collect but I consider that a good thing. The aches, pain and minor discomft I once felt during and after work outs are gone. They are a bit pricey but worth the investment.

These 3mm knee sleeves are probably the best knee sleeve for knee rehabilitation I've ever had based on comfort and slight warmthKinda prefer these to my 7mm (other brand) knee sleeves for squatting now too, less stiffness while still giving that supporting feelingI don't see the sleeves ripping or having any problems in the near future

very pleased with these knee sleeves. I am tall and pretty large and they fit well. 3mm is perfect. Any thicker and I am not sure I would be happy. Really helps with my squatting and other leg work at Crossfit.

It protects my knee's joint.

This knee support is very well made and relieves the discomfort in my knee. After a while, you hardly notice that it is there.

***ok, so I admit, I did use them only a few times so please don't quote me on this review if you're looking to wear these several times a week for long periods of times.***The reason why I bought this product is because my knees started hurting when I started heavy squatting in the gym. So I wore these (large size for my knees - not sure what diameter my knees are) and they were amazing. The warmth you get from these and the moderate tightness which I like because it feels like you're getting the support from the straps - it's not like the straps are lifting the weight for you - that was perfect for me and I loved it. they look good and feel good. A great product if you want to wear them a few times a week. Although, they will get sweaty and stinky lol.

To spare you the hassle of buying the wrong size and forced to pay £6 to return it to Amazon, you should size down from the recommened. The instructions of the Rebhand website says you should measure 12cm down from the knee cap. My measurement there is 41cm and if I trusted the instructions, I should be sized XL. I knew it isn't correct size since I'm slim but muscular so I sized down to Large. And I also bought Medium as well just in case Large is also too big.After trying both on, Medium is the correct fit. But guess what? Amazon wants me to pay £6 to return the Large size and would not allow me to send it back to them via Royal Mail. That's right, they want £6 to return a knee sleeve! I'm going to think twice before purchasing anything on Amazon again. BTW, you can easily get this for £15 online directly from the Rebhand. Not sure why Amazon decides to charge £2 more than the RRP?

Rehband products are supposed to be top notch and when i received my sleeves today, i was not disappointed and even wore them today to the gym. They really kept my joints warm but were abit tight to start off. the packaging was amazing, both sleeves came in their own mini plastic box, so looked really good when i pulled them out. I really recommend these for any lifter, powerlifter or a person who takes their sport or training seriously as it will provide longevity for your knee joints
