God awful product
This product is absolutely ridiculous. My husband who is well-versed in assembling various products found that the screw holes did not match up and it had to be twisted and contorted, banged on and manipulated in order to get the screws to line up. Many of the screws ended up stripping out. The product is made out of very cheap material, The cushion is probably a half inch thick. And it's not very comfortable to sit in. The suction cups that are designed into the tabletop do not adhere to the glass because they were all smashed when I got it. If it wasn't such a hassle to put back in the box, and if the screws had not stripped out I would return this product. Very frustrating to assemble and not worth the money. They need to go back and recalibrate their machines used to align the screw holes because it was absolutely awful to assemble.

Great for the price
I have a decent sized balcony for my apartment and these are great for the space. They aren't too big I can't walk around them but aren't too small they're awkward to sit in. Putting them together wasn't too bad. If I had to give a tip to anyone that's going to buy these, it's don't fully tighten any one screw before first getting the other ones inserted and started. It's easy to just do one at a time and it can make it difficult to make the last screw on a step fit. Just put all screws in enough that they aren't loose. Then begin to tighten them all.One little thing I wish this set of furniture had is some sort of strap or something to keep the cushions on the chair. It's very windy right now and they could easily blow away if I left them on there. As of right now, I just remove them when I'm not outside to prevent the chance of them blowing away.

Inexpensive patio remodel
This set (I ordered the blue one) came faster than expected and so far I am enjoying the additional seating on my patio.Tips: 1. Watch the video, scan the QR code and the video pops up on your phone. 2. Follow the steps EXACTLY; meaning screw each piece in the order that the instructor does. 3. Do not fully tighten the screws until you've screwed in each piece in the step (follow video). You will need to maneuver the pieces a bit to get them to fit. 4. Wet the suction cups before placing the glass top on the table; it will help secure it more.Pros: Perfect size for small patio. The color was exactly as pictured. The furniture (chairs) seem sturdy.Cons: Assembly was tricky (poor written instructions) until I watched the video. The thin pillows are not super comfortable, but it's not like sitting on a hard surface.Overall it's a good product for the price.

Excellent customer service
We were so excited to receive this patio set. We put together one chair and the table easily. One of the chairs however, the seat is not aligned with the holes in the back and the arms and it cannot be assembled. We were very disappointed. We have contacted the seller about this and are hoping it will be quickly resolved. It looks good on our patio and the one chair is comfortable.UPDATE: The seller quickly resolved this by sending us the piece we needed. We got it less than a week from me contacting them. Terrific customer service and now we can enjoy our patio. This set is pretty and comfy!! So thankful for the excellent customer service!

TABLETOP SHATTERED WEEKS AFTER BUYING!
I originally posted that this is a great little set, although assembly takes some patience. However, this afternoon as I was sitting in my living room, I heard a loud POP from outside - and was shocked to find that the glass on the top of the table has randomly just decided to explode, shattering everywhere! This is so unacceptable, especially paying $150 for this set! We've just had it for a matter of weeks on the patio - you can still see the silicone drink coasters where they were sitting on the tabletop. I live in Pasadena - it is 80 degrees here at the moment; NO reason for the glass to fail and act this way! Absolutely disgusted that this turned out to be such a cheap piece of junk. Hoping the manufacturer reaches out to make this right - because NO ONE SHOULD BUY THIS as it stands now. What patio furniture does this?!?
