Light
First of all I’m a beginner but taking real private lessons weekly. I have a les Paul that sounds beautiful to me but weighs a lot and I have to wear a strap or it keeps falling off my lap. I also have a strat that feels great and I play it best of the three. But I’m not always looking for that sound. I have a fender mustang amp that has a lot of preset effects hooked up this. I was looking for something light . Found it. This thing weighs 4+ lbs. and is compact for 24 frets. The sound is different but wild . With just the bridge pickups on and the amp on metal it makes you feel like your Hendrix for a couple of seconds or so. Holds its tune well. It wasn’t my favorite look when I bought it but it grew on me because of its simplicity . What I didn’t like about it was it needed to be set up completely I even had to get some fret tools to clean the edges up because they were sharp enough to cut you. Like 75 % of them. For $800 you shouldn’t really notice them. I’m not saying they should be polished but you shouldn’t hang up on them never mind get cuts. And there’s not a-lot of strumming room with all the pickups so close together. Other than those two things I still love it . It’s fun . If it cost $500 it would be better.

Great price, but required professional set up.
Great price but had to be set up by a professional. The factory had a horrible attenuation, the head neck nut had the strings set too high, the G string wouldn’t stay in tune. After the set up, which was about $80, the guitar has been a joy.

A bit light in the body
Factory set-up was good - needed slight intonation adjustment.Reasonable tones however pick-ups are spaced relatively close, reducing tonal changes.I think the multiple pick-up combinations (switch positions 2 & 4) are wired permantly out of phase.DPDT phase switch would be nice.A bit light in the body makes the headstock seem heavy.Nice neck dimensions. Fretboard pretty flat (16" radius).Fret markers are small, offset and sometimes difficult to see in different lighting conditions.Tone pot was loose on arrival and needed tightening.Mid grade guitar with a mid grade price.I thought it came with a cheap gig bag, but mine did not.

Extremely light and thin. In a good way.
All in all a nice guitar for the money. Changed out the gaudy control knobs. Nice smooth playing neck ,holds tune well.
