Waterdrop claim this is quick and easy to fit, and they're right. Everything you need is in tbe box and connections really couldn't be simpler. It's a quality product and not much more money than a good filter jug. Mine has the separate tap, and I really don't see why you wouldn't go for this option. Without the separate tap, you filter all your cold water supply. Most will go into the washing machine, dishwasher or straight down tbe drain. The filter in tbe smallest unit is claimed to be good for 8,000 gallons. That's about 20,000 kettles, but filtering all the water is going to dramatically shorten tbe life of tbe filter. The tap system is only £10 more. Very silly not to go for it. The water has lost all its chemical taste and the tea is noticeably better. I wish I'd found this years ago!

Water tastes crisp and good. Fitting was DIY, just need to cut the tubings to fit them around. Working good for last 3 months.

This is great. I used to buy bottled water all the time as our water tastes strongly of chlorine. Using this filter the water tastes just like bottled water with no added flavour of chlorine. Husband was able to install it easily

I was sceptical about this but after an easy installation, making sure the push fits are all the way in and your good to go.Others comment on poor quality connections and leaks, but if you follow the instructions then it really is simple!The water really is cleaner and tastes smoother. I didn't believe other reviews about smell but after comparing for myself, the water out of this filter tap doesn't smell of anything, then I smelt the tap water and the chemical chlorine smell hit me! I genuinely cannot believe I never noticed before, but then again when would you actually think about smelling tap water 🤔.The filters are around £30 and are rated for around 1 year. I can't comment on this but even 6 months and it's cheaper and easier than using bottled water.I've even started using it to fill the kettle and tea tastes much better.Overall, yes there are cheaper options out there, along with much more expensive ones, but this is good quality, the tap is smart and sturdy. It also blends in well with a smart kitchen and doesnt look like like a cheap retrofit.I would (and have) recommended this as all round best value for money.

Happy with this product. We bought 2 and 1 was faulty but the customer service was great. Kimberly sent us a replacement kit and I was able to replace the part without having to get the plumber back. Glad to see a good product working well and great customer service when things don't go 100%.

I got this filtration system to replace my Brita tank which I have in the fridge because the Brita takes up too much room and is a chore to refill.This system was easy enough to install, albeit awkward because of the space under my sink. Luckily my sink had a hole for the tap. Great value for money and I'm very happy with the installation and function.The only difficulty I had was after the installation when I turned the water on there was no flow coming through the filter. Turns out the 3 way adapter outlet to the filter has to be rotated to open it to allow the water to flow, this was not in the instructions to do this and there was no indicator on the 3 way adapter to show it rotates, I just had to figure this out on my own

You really can fit this without a plumber. As long as you have a flexible hose to connect to your normal kitchen tap, you just unscrew the end with a wrench, add the supplied t piece connector and screw it back together. Both 15mm and 3/8 inch tap connectors are supplied. Follow the instructions supplied to push fit the rest. No leaks, sorted in less than 1 hour.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. A plastic connector snapped and they are saying that they didn’t send parts out. Unbelievably bad customer service service for an item that probably costs less than a pound.BUY YOUR FILTRATION SYSTEM FROM ANOTHER BRAND!!!!!!!!

This is a solid product that gives me real peace of mind knowing I'm drinking filtered water. The filter is rated to last a full year, which makes it a fantastic value for the price.Installation was straightforward, though you’ll need a bit of DIY skill if you're drilling into quartz countertops. For wood or laminate, the instructions clearly specify using a 3/4-inch hole saw. Overall, a great buy!
