Gave it to my daughter for her birthday. She loved it. It was easy to adjust to her size wrist. The price was really reasonable too.

It has some pretty shells on it and it has magnets which makes it fairly heavy. I liked that it comes with pieces and a tool to adjust the length.

I ended up using it as an anklet because it is quite a bit bigger than I thought it would be for my wrist. It doesn't irritate my skin, it's comfortable and seems decent quality for the price. In my opinion I did not see any changes with this magnetic bracelet. The information I found online makes it seem like magnetic healing is very real, but I'm not sure if it takes a longer time to feel the effects, since I didn't feel any changes. I did get compliments on it though. I am a woman size 14-16, but petite build. It felt very large on my wrist.

This bracelet is supposed to help relieve pain. I have worn it nonstop since I received it a couple months ago. I feel no difference in my body at all. I wore it day and night, only taking it off for a couple minutes at a time, only to shower. That Is all!

The only thing is that the tool to adjust the size of the bracelet wasn't aline so it was kind of hard to remove the links from the bracelet. The bracelet looks nice otherwise.

Flimsy hardware to resize.
