Quality Manganese supplement. Often a necessity for a person with crooked fingers or gnarled fingers. Been taking this supplement for a few months and it’s helping. Manganese is very good to activate your memory. It's an antioxidant and, at least, in my case, it's been effective since I'm an elder person. This was recommended to me by another friend whose wife started using and she felt her memory improved after a few weeks. I've been taking it over a year now with good results...

Becareful. Consult your doctor first. I bought this for my mom and she had a horrible reaction to it. Red rash and increased high blood pressure. Just becareful.
