4 inch ABS Adjustable Air Vent White Round Soffit Exhaust Vent for Inline Duct Fan Outlet Vent(3.74 Inch, Front Panel:5.9 Inch)

I installed both of these in the front of my 4x8 grow tent. They work awesome and we're super easy to install. No Hardware required to install except a sharp cutting tool. I cut holes in my tent and the vents are a two-piece so you can sandwich the tent walls between the two pieces of the vent . Very solid once installed . Intake vents that came with the tent at the bottom of the tent, two at the rear and two at the side walls. The exhaust ports for my fans are in the the corners at the rear of the tent in the ceiling. It would seem that most of the fresh air would come in the tent and then directly up the wall to the exhaust ports. I was relying on my fans to push the fresh air around inside my tent . I closed down my rear and side vents and by installing these two vents in the front of my tent they are pulling fresh air through my plants and across the tent and up and out out the back exhaust ports in the ceiling. Way better air flow through the tent. And I would say my girls are loving the fresh air. You can easily adjust the vents once installed in the tent. I taped bug mesh at the rear of the vents inside my tent to keep any Critters out that may be flying around! I run two 6-in AC Infinity exhaust fans. I cranked up both fans to number 10 and it does suck my walls in a bit, but not enough to affect my oscillating fans inside clip to the corners. I normally run both fans at 5, at that speed the walls do not suck in much at all. Happy growing!

Sometime around 1957 a forced hot air worker made a three inch circular hole in the ductwork. The hole was extended through the sheetrock leaving just a three inch circular hole. I called multiple HVAC, heating and even Home Depot and was quoted minimum prices of 800 plus dollars to install a register through the sheetrock into the metal ductwork. There was simply no adjustable 3 inch vent available. I finally found this and for under 10 dollars solved the problem after seven years of trying. The white parts seperate from the black parts and are smooth and attractive. I had to trim the "fins" on the black piece with a scissor to lock above the sheetrock. I used white painter's corking to make the trim flush with the ceiling. The center piece adjusts the air flow by simply turning it in or out. Great job Amazon!!!

These vents do the job. They look good installed. They are a bit on the flimsy side. I had doubts when installing. I am not sure if these fans could ever be removed and relocated.The diverter was not moving smoothly.I unscrewed and lubricated it. All good.Overall I am thrilled with the appearance in room.

Works for what I needed it for, I had no heat In my rv bathroom, so it’s always freezing in there, I ran a duct from the furnace to the bathroom and installed this on it and it’s perfect. Can even tighten it so you let in the amount of heat that works for your space.

High quality and good for what I needed

Needed to replace old 6 inch vents in our basement that didn't have a way to restrict airflow. They were super easy to install and worked perfect for the first 6 months. But now all four of them are falling out of the ceiling.

After installing this vent to the outlet of my air heater it melted and deformed. Wouldn't recommend using it for any heat above 100F. Unfortunate because It looks and works quite nice, other then the melting bit.

I used it for my bathroom. Very easy to setup and Looks great 👍
