Q: Does the center part that caves inward limit what you can put inside? Do the items placed inside have to be situated around it?

I am not sure I understand... what cave inward? We can put a juice box, a lunchable a fruit cup or ziplock bag of fruit and an individual chip option inside. For my kindergartner it’s ample space, I wouldn’t use it as n adult though.

Q: Does a full lunch-water bottle, snacks, fruit, bento box containers-fit inside the donut lunch box?

This will fit a standard bottle of water, sandwich container, fruit and snacks. Not sure what a bento box is.

Q: What are the dimensions of the donut box? I need to fit a Bentgo lunchbox in there.

Haven't measured it but it is definitely big enough for a bento box. It is very roomy.
