Classic Keratin Smoothing Solution 10 oz

This product is well worth the cost! This is the product used by hair stylists in salons. However, if done in a salon, the cost of the service is well over $200. I did the procedure myself and I am not a stylist but it worked and I had the same results as if done in a salon. My hair is soft and less frizz. I have a lot left in the bottle for many more treatments.

Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend! I recently purchased this keratin treatment from Amazon, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I used it on three of my clients, and all of them had the same issue – their hair is much worse and coarser than before. They are all complaining that the treatment made their hair feel rough and hard, instead of smooth and soft like promised. They’ve all asked for refunds. What’s even more frustrating is not just the money I spent on this product, but the time I lost and the clients I lost as well. I’m very upset with the overall experience and would not recommend this keratin treatment to anyone. Please be cautious before purchasing!

Omgoodness. I wish I would’ve known about this product years ago. This made my hair so smooth and it did not relax my curls at all. I used it properly and my 4b hair is now easy to wash and go, or blow out; whatever I wanna do! No frizz in sight It does smell “chemical” but nothing my conditioner doesn’t handle. My curly life is so much easier.

I have been using this for years to keep my hair smooth and frizz free...my hair is long and very straight but tends to get puffy and frizzy. It doesn't work as great as a regular keratin treatment but the keratin chemicals made me very sick so I wanted something more organic and this smoothing treatment is the next best thing. I hope it continues to be available online as the process is very easy to do yourself at home.

I have been consistently straightening my hair with Keratin smoothing treatments for the past 15 years so I know a thing or two about the process. The last three times I used Cezanne with three different hair stylists. Since it purports to be formaldehyde-free, I knew it was not going to be as effective as the products with it. The first time, it was okay. It wasn't great, but it did relax my hair a little bit. The second time, the stylists didn't follow the exact procedure that I was familiar with and it did not work, so I attributed it to user error. The third time with a different hair stylist, we followed the exact instructions, but it still did not work. After the first shampoo, no change in hair texture from before the application. I know to shampoo only with sulfate-free shampoo so I did not shampoo out the product. This Cezanne product I purchased does not work. It was expensive so I am quite disappointed by the lack of results. I do not recommend it.

When I purchased this item, I wasn’t sure. it was my first treatment on virgin hair. After the first treatment, the hair came out fantastic. I loved it. I was in love with it. It kept being very manageable for a good six months after six months it started to get the tangling feeling so it time for one of the next treatment and so I proceeded to do the exact same steps that I did the first time however, this time around the curls have not come back. My hair is bone straight and looks like I have a perm or relaxer on it. I am struggling to get my curls back, but it’s not bouncing back like it did before. It could’ve been user error so consider level of heat exposure but I did no expect a relaxer texture. The first treatment may still how keratin and you have looser curls. I followed the exact steps I did before and perhaps I need no heat. I when I applied it I sat under a hooded heater with a plastic cap and then straightened it out. But when I washed it remained bone straight hair. I do not know if my curls are coming back. I will keep trying to wash it with clarifying shampoo, but I doubt I’m getting it back. I mean it’s a bummer because I really did like the product but now I may need to restart and regrow my hair again. This is growth over two years. Be careful!

This product is amazing! For reference, I have 4c low porosity hair, and my hair after this is incredibly defined and soft. I am so grateful to this vendor for making this product accessible, which has no formaldehyde.

Would give a 0 rating. Product does not work as it should, causes scalp to be itchy. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.
