it works great just make sure to tighten all the hoses in the back . like it says in the instructions.i made a template from a piece of the box to place the brackets..put a screw at the top of the wall with ropes tied to unit to hold it while i made the connections. then just hung it up . used the plugs supplied. but also put liquid nails all around an silicone over it . it’s not going nowhere an nice looks an work great

very cheap quality and very little space for connection, lose hoses and connection hoses was like bent 90 degree it looked like it would be a failure. Anyhow i assume for the price you can not complained "you get what you pay for".

Overall, it’s not bad. It’s been nearly half a year since it was installed last year. There are teaching videos on YouTube, and anyone with experience in decoration can do it. Friends who come here say it’s good, it’s like a hotel bathroom, but there’s a small problem. After every use, after 10 to 20 minutes, there will be some water dripping from the big shower head on the top. I don’t know what’s going on. , but it's not a big problem, and it won't drip after that. Is it caused by a slight pressure leak from the valve that controls the shower head above? Don't buy this thing. It's not easy to install any one that says so is not telling the truth or paid to say so. Impossible water connections in the back to connect, all of the connections that came from the factory were loose. The fittings leak. It mounts in the worst way possible. If anyone thinks this can mount with these 4 little drywall style anchors, they are wrong. If I could give it negative stars I would. These things are a waste of money.

Love the shower tower! Would have been super if all shower functions worked at the same time. Only one water function works at a time, no option for all to work at the same time. Still like it. Better than what I previously had.

Before you consider installing this item, contact your plumber and get an evaluation and an estimate. The installation will require major work (about $700 in California). Although it is well made- can you get replacements parts for the cartridge? These ar all issues to consider, when you evaluate it against a 'name brand' sold locally

Arm for the rain shower is lose and can not tighten - am I missing something?

Looks good and works well except that the shower head leaks, usually hours after it was last used, sometimes lightly and briefly, sometimes heavy and for up to a minute. There’s no discernible pattern to the leaking. It wakes me up at night. Is this a warranty issue?
