The keyboard is entirely made of plastic. I pressed Esc three or four times, and the next day the key stopped responding. I fully disassembled the keyboard to replace the switches and the frame—its structure is just cheap plastic. No way to add insulation. The PCB is also cheap, with solder joints barely holding the components together. The switches are low quality; they need to be lubricated or they'll wear out prematurely. The entire keyboard feels cheap and isn’t worth the price. Its real value is $20 USD, max. I don’t understand why this keyboard has so many stars—it doesn’t deserve them.

Very cool keyboard! Love all the different backlight settings. Super satisfying clicking/clacking sounds, if that’s your thing, too. I do wish it was cordless. Although it’s for me - my son loves it too and likes to pretend type to see the lights.

I always get compliments on the key board. Was a little challenging changing the color of the lights. The key board is a touch smaller than a standard keyboard so it take a minute for your hands to get use it it. Would definitely recommend!

I just started graduate school and knowing myself, I needed some fun supplies to entice me to continue with the work. This keyboard is amazing. My only complaint is hoe loud the keys are, but in very sensitive to that. I ordered a new set of switches and I'm hoping that helps. I absolutely adore the different settings for the leds, and the key caps are stunning. The keyboard makes my desk look very cool when it's just sitting there, and even cooler when I'm typing. My favorite setting is the single key glow when you press. It makes writing papers and emails extra special. EDIT: I just replaced the switches for a quieter clear tactile, and I like this keyboard infinitely better. The clickiness was getting a little annoying, and I'm very happy now with the sound and feel. I adore the look and feel of the keycaps and now I love the sound and feeling of pressing in even more. I could type all day on this thing! Half the reason I edited the review was so I'd have an excuse to type!

At first I couldn't get the color I wanted but after looking at comments and reading the description, it wasn't hard. I love everything about this keyboard and 100% I would buy again.
