Exactly as described and pictured on Amazon. Fits my new iPhone 8 perfectly, securely holds my Driver's License, two credit cards & a $20 bill which are easily removed when needed due to excellent design. The best "Cell Phone Wallet Case" I have been able to find. Have not & hope not to drop it yet but seems that it will protect phone nicely from the usual drop zones (ear level and below) due to well padded design. YouTube videos of drop tests seem to confirm. This is the "rugged" model so one can not use wireless charging but I prefer the protection afforded over Silk's other, more elegant but less protective models which are thin enough to allow wireless charging. Was originally alerted to the excellent Silk line by the New York Times' Wirecutters recommendation. What they said is true.Update Oct 24, 2017: I just received yesterday the Pleson Ultra Slim Wireless Charger from Amazon that I ordered on David Pogue's (former NY Times, now Yahoo Tech "Guru") recommendation and my iPhone 8 DOES charge wirelessly despite the "rugged" case AND having two credit cards + a twenty dollar bill folded in three between the charger and the back of the phone so it's not true that the rugged design prevents charging wirelessly. An even greater case than I thought previously.

I’m a mom and full time student so I constantly forgot my wallet in the diaper bag or backpack so having this phone case is extremely convenient for me. I have all of my cards in one place. I have about 4 cards that fit pretty snug and stay in place. It has also protected my phone very well from very high falls and even on concrete.The only bad thing I have to say about this case is that it broke on me in about 2 months. The sides began to come off and the back, where the cards are held, broke too so it became very loose.Only downside to the case but other than that it held up pretty good despite it being broken. I typically change cases constantly and this is the only one that I truly like and have stuck with. Would definetly recommend!

Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful rugged case, holds about 4 cards (5 if you can squish it in) and it has a lip that raises case so that the screen doesn't touch. The only problem I would say it has, is that is causes a problem of my Iphone overheating which concerns me to some extent. It's not that hot, but it can be a little excessive. Overall, solid case and great protection alongside functionality, just some improvements on the heat absorption would be great.UPDATE: The sides of the case had cracked and the white material broke off - not a big deal since it didn't impact the functionality, but it was kind of sad to see the durability. Regarding protection, although it has protected my phone in some instances, I did drop it from 2 feet to the ground and my phone broke! Kind of disappointed.

I was really happy with this at first, but after I had dropped my phone after having the case for a month and it saved my phone but the case broke, I then bought another one and the same thing happened, it is a good case just don't drop your phone, it protects your phone but when the case cracks it can cut you.

Save your money. The only feature that doesn't disappoint is the card holder. Otherwise: 1) the case itself feels insecure, like it would pop off in a hard enough fall; 2) the enclosed screen protector is flimsy plastic, I could not smooth the bubbles out after many tries and much patience, and it is such poor quality that it prevented touchscreen use, so I threw it away; and finally; 3) the clincher: the slot over the headphone jack is TOO NARROW and actually blocks the connection, so I could not plug in my (standard Apple issue) earbuds into the iPhone through the case. I needed a case asap so ended up keeping it and gouging a larger opening with a hobby knife, but I've already ordered a hopefully higher quality case and screen. This product is a waste of plastic and my money. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

I received this case, put it on the phone to make sure it fit, and then took it off to put the provided screen protector on, however as I was taking it off, the plastic on the left side of the case snapped. I was disappointed for sure, as the case seemed sturdy otherwise, looks really nice, and fit cards exactly how it said it would, holding them snug while still providing easy access. I reported this issue to the company on their website and they replied within hours, notifying me that they will not only be sending me a new case, but they will also be sending me an additional one that’s a soft shell without the plastic part, I guess just in case i accidentally broke it again or something.Overall, the case definitely seems nice, but the absolutely outstanding customer service that I have received had gaurenteed them my business again the next time I get a new phone.

I really liked the iPhone case when I first got it, the design was sleek and looked well made. Two weeks within having it, plastic pieces on the sides started breaking off and just made the whole case look cheap as a whole. I probably won’t buy this again, but the wallet/card slot was really nice and nothing ever fell out, the downside of this case was just the plastic that it was made out of broke off very easily.

This is the best case ever. It holds my ID, transit card and one credit card which is exactly what I need day-to-day. It's super durable and has protected my phone through numerous falls, phew! The case itself is starting to crack in a few places but I'm ok with that considering how well it has protected my phone. I added one of those straps to the back to make it easier to hold with one hand and the surface of the case works great with the 3M super sticky backing.
