Hotpoint Xtraspace Curve 13L Digital Solo Microwave - White

I was unsure about this as I didn't think that a 700w would be powerful enough, however I got it because of the size; it fits so perfectly well and leaves so much space compared to my old one which was huge! Well I am won over, it is superb and who wants over-cooked food with a higher wattage microwave? Not me for sure. I am delighted and I love how it looks; so smart and almost like a TV!

Great, petite - but you expect that. It's not as tall inside as a standard microwave but I can cook everything in there I need to. It fits perfectly in the small space I have at the end of my bench. Just what I needed!

This is the third one and this time there were no problems upon receipt of the item or since. The other two - one was dented (different supplier but still in a factory sealed box) and the other just didn't work.This was to replace a similar (but more expensive) corner microwave that lasted 12 years. Although disappointed with the first two arrivals (see above), this one has been fault free. It is quiet, and easy to operate. It fits conveniently into a corner and that is great for a small kitchen. I was a bit dubious about then white colour when I ordered it, but it actually looks fine and not the least bit out of place. It's not absolutely silent, but contrary to other reviews of this product, I don't find it very noisy but it does make a growl during operation that is a bit different to the sound from other microwaves I've seen. The size for microwaving containers, etc, is good and our very large dining plates fit in fine.I'm happy with this product and would recommend it. I hope it will last 12 years like the last one, but it was much cheaper so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't.

Compact and does the job. Very happy to have this as part of my kitchen family

Absolutely love this microwave, easy to use and clean. Sits up a corner perfect, lots of comments how nice it looks too .

Well made product and just what I needed.Fits into a corner and takes up very little room on the worktop.

It certainly is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. My fault I should have measured but as it is marketed as a ‘space saving’ micro I assumed it would be… it’s actually very bulky and much bigger than most other microwaves I’ve had before. It does the job but it’s quite long winded programming it, lots of beeps too!! I wouldn’t recommend. Get a more modern standard style micro if you want something small.

I'm super pleased with this microwave. It not only looks very neat and tidy, it's performance is excellent.
