My first reaction to this product was not good. I disliked how hot the lowest setting gets, and I will not be letting my children use it for fear of them turning it up and burning themselves, but I will be keeping this and using myself on the lowest setting. Honestly, it’s just to cold out to not have something warm. Thankfully I also had ordered the hot-hands disposable hand warmers so my children will still have something warm for their hands. I did try the other settings out as well, and it got too hot to even touch. I am usually one who says the hotter the better, but not so hot it can leave your hands feeling burned. So, on the lowest setting, I like this product. If you have a hard time finding a hand warmer that actually gets hot, then this is what you want. I probably won’t get another one though, as I have small children who like to press buttons. Edit: I have had awhile to use this now, and after a couple of days use, it does not feel like it gets so hot to burn now. It still gets plenty warm which is what I like, but I no longer fear my children holding it. I’ve had a few people ask me where I got it and I was willing to recommend this product to them.

I couldn’t have imagined what a treat this would be! If only I’d known about these years ago when I sat outside during kids’ sporting events. Heats immediately, perfect size, and bought them as gifts for elderly mom and friend who always have cold hands.

This is a great product. It warms up quickly, lasts quite a while, and is very affordable. Unfortunately the power button is located where you put the palm of your hand and sometimes it is possible to accidently shut the warmer off without realizing it when in your pocket. Otherwise it is one of the best I've had - and I've had three different brands so far.

Update: I have changed the rating to one star. In a matter of months, the device quit working. It will charge, but it will not turn on. It is very disappointing. I have poor circulation in my hands, and as a result, they are cold most of the time in the winter and even in the spring and fall. This device works well to keep my hands warm. It generates plenty of heat. My biggest complaints are that the battery life is too short: on low power it might last for close to 2 hours and considerably less on high power. Then it takes a long time to recharge. It is also difficult to tell from the little lights on it if it is still charging or finished. The power button design means that it is easy for the device to be turned on if it is in a pocket or in a bag, and then the battery is drained the next time I want to use it. One other thing: the strap to hold it is much too small to go on my wrist. It would be nice if it would. Then if I needed to let go of it for a minute, I could without dropping it. Overall, it works like it should and is helpful for warming my hands, but there are some design improvements that it could use.

This device heats up immediately. Even on the lowest setting, it is quite warm. It is easy to operate -- except the on/off-heat-setting button is a little trick. I have had trouble depressing it with my index finger. I usually end up using a fingernail. I have not used thee power-bank feature.

I purchased this hand warmer in March of 2023, planning to give it to my mother overseas. In August, 2023, my mother used it only for less than 10 minutes, then it required charging. I've had trouble keep it working more than a few minutes ever since, after fully charged it. I was reminded lately to check the warranty, which was 3 years warranty. I don't know if I can get a replacement and how hard it is to apply for it. Time will tell.

Because of the COVID-19, I have to work outside in the tent and this hand warmer help me a lot it’s packet size and turn warm very quickly and also could be a power bank for your phone, the battery last long if u only use it as a hand warmer if u charge your phone fully u probably have to charge it when u get home, worth the price I highly recommended

I bought this because I work in a cold factory 8 hours a day. It isn't uncommon that I'm trying to find a way to warm up my hands or my body. Sometimes I'll keep it in my pocket to provide additional warmth as I work. As far as the advertised battery life, it says 8 hours on low, and I'd say it's correct. It's pretty easy to use and does indeed get very toasty!

Best gadget ever! I already have one of these myself which I use every day on duty in the playground. So many people have borrowed it that I thought some might like one for Christmas. I have also taken it on my travels to cold cities for use as both a hand warmer and a power pack. Brilliant for both? Highly recommend.
