Never used it,because
The battery never could charge, windows won’t update cant get out of S mode. It’s way too heavy to be a tablet and just a terrible product. Get a small mini show your kids the ins and outs , instead of this nightmare.

It was sticky
Didn’t come in original box, the mouse pad was sticky and there was a sticky residue on top of the clear casing behind the monitor. You can tell by looking at the casing around the keyboard that there were stickers on it. Here is the kicker… when we powered on the PC, it already had an administrator on it. The seller didn’t even bother to factory reset the PC before sending it out. I had to contact Microsoft, just to get my son on there to be the administrator. The laptop was already assembled which took away from the exprerience for my son to build it up himself, like he watched on YouTube. But now it’s working. Hopefully there won’t be any more hiccups.

Amazing little laptop
I got this mainly because it was cheap and I needed a laptop fast. When I got it and started using the laptop I was honestly blown away. It is simple to use and has some fun programs on block chain programing. This has been excellent for all of my needs and wants in a laptop. I recommend this to anyone wanting a quality laptop for a very good price!

Do not purchase- out of business
Great product and concept but company went out of business and the software doesn’t work.

It will upgrade for free to Windows 11.
I bought it on a whim for under $40. It will upgrade to Win 11. The memory is not upgradeable but there is a memory card slot. The CPU is fairly low grade but it is fine for web browsing and basic tasks. The USB C is for charging only with a 12v charger. I find the keyboard awful. The thin white font on bright orange keys is nearly unreadable. Use a bluetooth or usb keyboard. The touchscreen is great, just use it for a chunky tablet. I'm not kid so I didn't try any of the kid programs, I deleted them for more storage. Take it to the office to use if you want fired.
