Good quality
I just got these in the mail so I cant speak to cooking yet. Initially I'm super impressed with the quality, very solid and the wire rack doesn't have those skimpy bendy wires, it's solid. I washed them before putting up and the sponge slid smoothly across. I'm sure that will change after many glorious trays of hot wings at some point but out of the gate; very impressed.

These are heavy duty and good quality. I made jerky on them in the oven. The racks and pans came clean easily.

Better than I expected
Can put in the dishwasher. Whatever doesn't come out in the dishwasher comes right off with a little scrub. Very pleased with this purchase.

So far it's been great
Doing great so far. Steel is heavy and sturdy. Used it for baking, bbq, keeping fried foods crisp. It's becoming a go to.
