Chewable Tablet

This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. She enjoys the taste, and we haven’t had any issues with her stomach. The quality is great! It doesn’t have a weird smell and feels gentle and effective. This works well for my autistic son who will stay up all night otherwise. We were taking 2 tablet but it gave him nightmares. 1 tablet puts him to sleep and keeps him asleep with no nightmares or grogginess.

These maletonin tablets come in handy when my 4 year old has had an exciting day/evening and needs a slight push to help calm her body down long enough to fall asleep. She is very hyper active and has a hard time relaxing sometimes. Don't worry we ware working on self-calming techniques, but in the mean time, I feel comfortable using this natural way to help my young daughter. I also take maletonin at night on occassion to help me get to that point of being able to fall asleep. The suggested use is one tablet for a child 3 and older. I only give my 4 year old who weighs about 30lbs 1/2 of a tablet and it works just as well as a full tablet. She loves the taste of the grape flavor. The tablets are meant to be chewed but the powdery substance slowly dissolves too. As far as I remember the ingredients are natural and safe. The best part... they are non-habit forming!

I'm an adult and decided to try Melatonin to help my sleep. I read that the optimum dose of Melatonin was 1mg for everyone. For some reason when I was searching for options that were "1mg" the choices that came up were marked for "Kids" but I figured 1mg was 1mg so I ordered these. They work excellently for me by just making it easier to fall asleep. They do not "knock you out", etc. I was just able to feel more relaxed and am able to nod off earlier with no tossing and turning. They are chewable, very small, but are a little tart even for me :)

A month ago we moved our 2.5 year old to a bed and since then it's been a nightmare keeping her in her room. Bedtime and naps have become something we dread. My daughter would take over an hour to settle down mostly from screaming and not wanting to stay in her bed, waking up countless times at night and then waking somewhat early. Out of desperation I looked for a child's melatonin and read the reviews for this. This is the second night I gave it to her. Last night she woke up 1x and then woke for good at 4 am. No bueno. Tonight she was out again as soon as we were done with our bedtime routine. So it's either an amazing product or there is something more in here that is drugging my child. I gave it to her one hour before bedtime which is too soon after experiencing two nights of this because within 30 min she becomes very relaxed, and very tired. Almost a different child because it's like going from a wild child to someone who is stoned. So while I want to be enthusiastically excited about this, at the same time I am kinda nervous that there is more in the pills. I noticed it says Sleep with Melatonin so in the back of my head I thought 'is there something else that's not on the ingredient list'. I couldn't find anything else on the label. So the jury is still out. If I wasn't always concerned about what's in supplements I'd easily say this is a miracle supplement for my daughter to get her over this transition hurdle. But I think as a test, I'm going to take one myself and see what it does. I take a high dosage of melatonin and it does nothing for me so if this makes me drowsy then I know something else is in there that they aren't advertising. Stay tuned! *****Update - I still use this and cut it down to 1/2 a pill. It still relaxes her especially on night's where she's super wound up. The downside is she always wakes early in the morning when we give it to her. I'm still going to use it though.

These work really well and help my kids fall asleep quickly. The dosing does seem a bit high for my kids. I've found that just one tablet or even half a tablet works well without the grogginess or moodiness the next day.
