It is the same price as it is on the HMR website, but Amazon can ship it must faster. It really works if you are following the recommended diet. I also use the protein shakes and low calorie frozen dinners. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. If you think its expensive, just know that being overweight is even more expensive. Sacrificing a little more money for a few months to be healthier is worth it. This hot cereal is like a mix of oatmeal and cream of wheat. It has currents instead of raisins. I add a little stevia to make it sweeter.

Quick fix taste good
Better than most instant oatmeal cereals. Just add some hot water, stir for a minute and its ready to eat. One package makes about a half cup. Very filling. Good portion control for those watching the intake.

Great tasting cereal!!!
So happy for this option with the HMR Plan! It makes it so easy to prepare and you can add a variety of fruit and flavorings! This is a product I hope they NEVER change or discontinue! It is good on it's own and it is phenomenal with the other additions. My favorite I just have to share is the addition of a diced up apple and 1-2 oz of sugar free Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Flavoring by Torani and it is so, Amazingly DELICIOUS!! Thanks HMR!!!

Expensive but yums
Wanted the multigrains/fruits. This fit the bill. Very good, but super $$$ I guess because its part of a nu***system line of D* products? I've since found a bulk pack of something similar (ie loose bag with 10+ servings), but in the meanwhile I've been enjoying these. Crisp fall mornings are here! #HAES
