The very best Creatine! Dissolves in everything- I put it my yogurt. Has no flavor, no aftertaste, no chemical taste. I recommend loading for about 5 days then just one scoop per day. I've tried it before or after workouts and for me, I seem to have noticeable benefit from taking it before workout. I love the Pineapple Mango flavor with 10 oz of water. Any less and it’s too sweet for me. I gave it 4/5 stars because the powder doesn’t completely dissolve and settles at the bottom. Aside from that, I really like it. I do feel like this enhances my workout. I couldn’t thoroughly complete the loading phase because I had VSG surgery in 2020 so my stomach cannot physically hold a lot of food and water. So I drank 2-4 max per day for the first 5 days.

I bought the orange flavor because I thought it would taste bad but no, it really tastes very good especially for beginners like me. I recommend it at least for the taste and description of the product is as it is.
