HollyBeth Organics - Eye Cream

I wanted to love it but I didn't. Felt like putting thick lip balm under my eyes and I woke up with them feeling just kind of gunky. Also after using this I got two styes in my eye for the first time EVER, which I think came from the beeswax sealing my pores or something. I returned it and went back to using my favorite eye creams from Mineral Fusion and Andalou Naturals.

My pale skin is prone to fine creases despite being careful about sun for years, but also very sensitive so I react to many cosmetics. After many failures and much research I decided to try this after reading about it in a Spirituality & Health magazine article. I've had great results in just 5 weeks with NO reactions. It takes only a little; pat it gently as directed. Update: A year and a half since using this, I'm still thrilled with this product. Wouldn't use anything else!

Wonderful eye cream! I have tried lots of eye creams and this one is my favorite so far. It goes on very easily and spreads well around my eyes. I've been using it for over a week now and have noticed less redness (I'm a very fair blonde so redness under my eyes is obvious and common). A little goes a VERY long way so although it's expensive it will last a long time. The ingredients list is also a huge bonus and I love the fact that it's organic. All around great product and I have only great things to say!

This eye cream glides on like a dream — it's very smooth and easily absorbed. I'm still waiting for it to attack the puffiness, but that is asking a lot of a little ol' eye cream. ;) What I like most about it — after the fact that it's organic and free of synthetic preservatives — is that it feels light but still moisturizes. It doesn't at all feel too heavy for my very oily eye area. Beware if you use the cream in the morning, too, as it does leave a bit of shine. This is easily remedied when you apply the rest of your face, but I put a bit of extra powder, just to be safe.

Very emollient which means it feels very hydrating. However, it is a tad greasy, so if you use in the morning under makeup, you may have to blot it a little, but it doesn't bother me. It keeps my eyes hydrated throughout the day under my makeup. I also use this as a lip balm!

This cream is nice and doesn't 'run' into your eyes. I have problems with product sensitivity, especially when I wear my contacts. No irritation and lovely to use.
