Wella Bar Fresh Protein Bars Variety Pack (12 pk.) (pack of 2)

I've used these bars before many times but I bought them at Sam's Club for about $15 a 12 pk. The product is a superior protein or snack bar. They should always be purchased cold and remain refrigerated until eaten. My problem here is that the quantity sent to you is misleading. Please reread the ad; it is listed as (pack of 2) which would be 24 bars total, 12 bars per pack.If you read some other posts here you will see this mentioned before my post. I should have read them first.My bad. However, as I remember these were shipped out of Florida which has an anti-price gouging law.(due to the Hurricanes) I mentioned this to the merchant in a message and he promptly refunded the full amount. The bars were not returned as the shipping cost was was prohibited considering the need to freezerpak these.$44 dollars would be a fair price for 24 bars since retail is $14.99 per 12 bars. Retail would be $30 for 24 bars.Shipping in a bubble bag w/freezer bag like they were shipped and considering the wholesale costs to the merchant he would still make a fair profit.The merchant was immediately responsive with a fair settlement. But you will note the advertisement needs to be changed. I noted this to Amazon but didn't receive a response.I am a Florida retail businessman and familiar with Florida laws.

Tried these for the first time at a local smoothie/healthfood store and fell in love. While I was hesitant to order something that required refrigeration online, I'd read first on the Wella company website that they are ok without refrigeration for a few days, so I went for it. They arrived via Prime quickly, and I got them into the fridge right away. They taste every bit as good and fresh as they did the day I purchased them in that shop! Glad I gave it a go.

I like the taste, mostly peanut butter and the gluten free status. Sadly, they have become WAY too expensive! Why?

Excellent bars

The bars were past old. Very discontented with my order. A friend of mine introduced me to these bars and I loved them. But when I ordered them and arrived, the bars that arrived were old and almost like a gooey badtasting taste. Horrible :(
