Swanson CoQ10 - Energy Antioxidant Support - Coenzyme Q10 Supplement - (100 Softgels, 100mg Each)

I'm a relative newcomer to CoQ10. I first received a bottle of a higher priced brand of it from the Amazon Vine program and enjoyed very much the noticeable energy boost I got from it. I pretty much didn't notice the blood pressure asset of it until sometime later when I took a regular BP measurement. ( I have high BP and treat it naturally with two other supplements). I was surprised to see how much lower my pressure was while taking this stuff. I took it several times over the next few days and each time it has been much better than when I was just taking my regular supplements, ( my lower number, (diastolic) went down an average of 8 to 10 pts, the higher number, (systolic) more than 12). As much as I liked the favorable results I immediately set out to see if there were cheaper alternatives to it. CoQ10 like the majority of health supplements on Amazon come in a wide range of prices, all of them promising to be 100% pure and the best. I learned a long time ago from the use of other supplements that certainly not does a higher price denote purity of a product or anything else. Occasionally I have opted for a higher price product when I feel it works exceptionally well, or I have found a brand that I particularly trust. After finishing the other bottle I had of the higher priced brand I bought two of these Swanson bottles locally and have had continuing excellent results with them as to my lower BP, and more energy as well. I am an avid walker and hiker and have been enjoying the extra energy boost and feeling of well being this stuff has bright me very much. I plan on continuing to use it, and may even be able to back off a little on my other BP supplements that cost more.In conclusion, I have found this Swanson CoQ10 to work just as well as the brand with the heftier price I started with, and if it is not the cheapest alternative in CoQ10 that Amazon offers, it is certainly close to it. At the time of this writing it ships for free and is even cheaper per bottle than what I can get it here for locally. I am enjoying more energy and even more important to me, a lower, healthier blood pressure than I have seen at any time since I started treating it naturally. Look up on the web the information and tests that have been done as to CoQ10 and blood pressure, and then come back here and buy it from Swanson, and Amazon. Highly recommended...

I have been taking CoQ10 for years. After statin drugs caused pain and muscle loss, I researched and found statins remove CoQ10 enzyme as well as cholesterol, causing muscle loss and weakness, among other things things. Iwas able to get some strength back using coq10. I started taking this brand because good price and Swanson's reputation as a quality product.

I was feeling the effects of age when work's over-I'm tired.I neglected my teeth and got periodontal disease.In order to make some changes, I got a shower-pik to clean my teeth, and brush my teeth with coq10 toothpaste, then liq-nol (High dosage ubiquinol.).I have been supplimenting my diet with coq10, ubiquinol, and a Lessman coq10 vitamin, but since they are so expensive, I stretch the dosage with Swanson Coq10 and ubiquinol. I also take a low dose aspirin.3 months later, my teeth are clean, and they don't get insta-plaque like they used to when I drink sweetened tea or energy drinks, I think coq10 in the bloodstream helps protect them.I looked up the consumerlabs.com report and the swanson coq10 and ubiquinal have positive comments and results there, having the claimed dosage, and an effective delivery system.I feel better, have a lot more energy, everything seems much less stressful, and my resting heart rate went down 10bpm since I started.I can't say it was from this product because I changed so many things, but this can't hurt, and I'll continue to take them. I have noticed positive differences in my stress level, heart function, lungs, teeth, skin, and I seem to sleep better, and get more benefit from sleep.It's important with this product and all coq10 to spread your dosage out throughout the day, or you may have chest pain. I encountered some, but it's of very short duration, and not severe. I don't have this problem when I take my pills in 3 groups rather than 2.Start with 1 at noon. For a week.Then 1 at noon, and 1 at six for a week.Then 1 in the morning, 1 at noon, and 1 at 6.Gradually increase until you notice the difference.Swanson has fast delivery, and their products work, all for very modest prices.

it's a very good quality product. its presentation is just what the manufacturer announces inside and out. Easily absorbed by the body. Biologically, I am still waiting on metabolic changes (it's probably too soon to review since date of purchase). Blood pressure remains at the same levels as when I decided to give the product a try. I do feel an energetic rush from the 100 mg dose when I do my routine aerobic exercise in the early morning. Will wait a little longer for body adjustments to product intake because my reason for buying it initially had to do with lowering blood pressure naturally but my heart isn't there yet. I will take it together with Enalapril. There is no medical risk or counter effect as far as I have researched and consulted with physician.
