Q: It turn on fine but it wont shut off on its own like its supposed to do when reaching 120psi,I have to turn off on the on switch which its not normal?

Does the compressor continue to run until the overpressure valve activate? Or are you shutting it off when you see 120 on the gage? I have not open mine because it shuts off within + or- 5 PSI of the advertise shut off pressure. Otherwise open the case and adjust the spring tension on the relay to archive the desired on -off range

Q: On this pressure switch does it come with short pipe that screws into the switch as well as the Tank. Also what size is it for 1/2 inch
