Good quality
I've purchased other similar wooden racks before, but this one stands out significantly. The wood itself has a rich, dark brown color, and it's impressively hefty. When you hold it, there's a substantial feel to it. I did some research and found out that this wood belongs to a precious species, typically reserved for high-end furniture and decor. No wonder it's a few bucks more than similar racks.Aesthetically, this rack aligns perfectly with my taste. It exudes a sense of sturdiness and sophistication. Not only does it look substantial, but it also feels incredibly tactile. I use it not only as a drying rack but also as a stylish record storage piece that looks fantastic anywhere. Overall, this has been a satisfying purchase!

Bad design
If the tines on these were just 1.5 cm longer, then the tips would be inside the range of the deadwax when the album is placed between them. As it is designed right now, they land squarely on the last song... yes, they have rubber tips, but with a tiny bit more of forethought, and no extra cost, they could have made the perfect solution. There are dish racks out there that do a better, and safer, job of drying your records. On the up-side, the thing is collapsible, so it stores easily. Unfortunately, the tines are glued-in, so there really isn't much that can be done about the design flaw.

Low quality but works
One spindle was so loose it detached, several other jiggle, and they don't line up exactly due to the cross beams being off.It does hold records to dry and I expected the quality to be low due to price. So know what you're getting.Purchased due to receiving a bunch of old records so I am cleaning a few at a time as I listen through. If you plan on cleaning a lot of vinyl, or more often, just get a better quality one.

Wood Finish
Wood finish a little rough.

Loose spindles.
Not a good quality product. Runners were ok. Had to put more glue to 2/3's of the spindles which were loose and 2 of them were splintered.

Attractive, useful, not sturdy
This is an attractive drying stand. Unfortunately the dowels and the holes they slip into do not fit tight, so the rack feels like it may fall apart under weight. It is quite expensive for what it is, and the wood is an endangered species. Still, it works well so far; it's very useful for its intended purpose. The dowel tips (silicone or rubber?) keep records from sliding around or getting scratched, and they appear to be chemically/mechanically inert -- no scuffing, marking, etc. on the vinyl. I'll try to figure out a jury-rig for the loose dowels. It's much better to look at/deal with than the vinyl racks, so on balance, I 'm happy with the purchase.
