Truthfully the item itself should have had 3 or 4 stars but I gave it 5 because of the sellers excellent customer service. My first set of these cracked and had an air leak just after one day of use and I am very careful with my parts. But the seller was fast to refund me so I could buy another set and they are fine several days later. I love that I was able to find my size in this brand. Compatible with spectra backflow protectors with adapters and medela tubing. The only annoying part is that I wish the plastic that goes around the areola was bigger. Just be VERY careful to not push the tubing or backflow protector adapter in too far or it will crack immediately and you will lose suction.

These work for me. None of the pump manufacturers make the flanges in my size so I bought these. I use them with both my spectra pump and my baby Buddha pump. They work great

I FINALLY found a shield that fits! I was so happy to see that Maymom sells 17mm shields! My pumping improved drastically once I got these. I was a little outraged when I got them that they are only labeled for Spectra pump. They would work just fine for the Medela too, just without the little adapter. I only found these because I was at my wits end with pumping and decided to try the Spectra 2 after 4 months of trying to pump with the Medela and too large shields. These should be labeled for use with Medela also.

Finally a perfect fit for my small nipples. Measurement suggestions were perfect which made pumping much more effective and comfortable for me. Only downfall is that the adapters can either get stuck in (and I'll just leave them) or fall off with the Spectra membranes being too heavy. Wish they would make these as Spectra instead of Medela with adapters since I have a lot of the wide mouth bottles too but does the job and would buy again!

I have a Spectra S2 and these flanges work great with it and with my Dr Brown's bottles (as well as with the Kiinde breastmilk bags and adapters). I wish this brand would have been around when I had my first child - pumping would have been much more effective because I would have been properly sized. These are comfortable, constructed well, and are easy to clean. I highly recommend.

Love that these came in much smaller sizes, I needed a 15mm and the smallest size madela makes is 21mm, they are compatible with madela pump in style advance but they are not compatible with my DIY hands free pump bra because the flanges are attached and unremovable. Big negative for these but I couldn't find anyone else that sells sizes under 24mm

Great customer service and terrific product. This company understands that one size does not for all and offers a range of sizes so that you can maximize comfort and flow! I like the valves better than the rubber duckbill kind because they seem more durable. I bought multiple sets for home and work. Very happy with my purchases!

This is the only place I could find a flange small enough to fit me. I use it with my Spectra pump with the adapter piece in this kit. However, the spectra bottles will not attach without a converter. I already had the narrow neck medela bottles to use with this. Great price and great quality.

Order arrived today and there is only one set of everything despite the description stating 2x. Have yet to try it out so for now I will rate two stars.

I received half of the package ! There were only one pack containing 1 breastshield, 1 membrane and 1 valve!!! This is really inconvenient as I had to ship first to France to relatives then ship it by myself to my country of residence!! How may this occur this is outrageous !
