Pro1- Black colour is not getting off of the fibre outer material.2- Lid of kettle will come with lock. To open it press the lock3- On / Off button on the hadell is very good.4- When on red light shows5 - Automation cut off is working fine.6- Handel quality good can take up weight of water with one handed.Con1- Cord length is just ok. 1meter only2- Water filling mark is inside, which is not showing from outside so for safety reasons it's not good that a major drawback.

The lid lock system is not sturdy and it’s to just fool you. Whenever you press the top knob the locking fork gets inside and Hides inside, and never comes out. you will have to use external tool to take it out or to bring it back to the normal position.The bottom rim broke soon after placing it maybe I did not see it was damaged while I was buying or bought home.Water leakage in the handle and I am still not able to find why the leakages. Ultimately, Not a worthy product. It’s A genuine review after using it for months do not even think it will last for one year claiming warranty is another headache.

There is a flaw in design, it leaks all around the black plastic coating.

Its easy to use and handle. It heats the water easily and swiftly.

The plastic quality is concerning , considering this is used to heat the water.
