Nice polished nickel finish
Kohler has a great, true polished nickel finish - not too chrome-y and not too brassy. Installed easily and spray functions work as advertised. The misting function is fabulous, you get drenched with a fine mist so light it didn’t speckle my glasses yet totally saturated the rest of me.

Disappointing
Inefficient with low water pressure. Beautiful design and easy to install and use. Quality item.

Great solution, easy install
Simple installation and works great. Great quality. Good solution instead of having a plumber install a hand wand

Missing parts
Overall a pretty shower head. However two parts were missing that we had to buy separately out of pocket. Our builders found this while attempting to install. We tried to contact the company but have not had success. Love the shower head but recommend you get it somewhere else so you can ensure all parts are there!

Cuts water pressure
It cuts back water pressure. I wish the hose was a little longer for ease washing dog but it is fine for humans and washing shower. Overall a good quality.

Made of Plastic
Made of Plastic....not really impressed with the quality. Other brands offers more the money. I am a fan of Kohler brand, but sometimes some products are a missed.
