If you do not chill the seltzer prior to dispensing, the seltzer/soda will go 'flat" extremely quickly. You must dispense seltzer products at or below 40 deg F

This system can be installed in a trailer. You will need a steady water source of 35-60 PSI for the carbonator. Otherwise, you'll need an in-line water booster.

Q: How much cabinet space would I need for everything listed including co2 and 4 boxes of syrup?

This system will fit in a standard double cabinet. You do have the option of locating the support equipment in a separate (remote)m location. Only the cold plate and soda gun need to be a point of use. The cold plate does need to be in a insulated container of your choice and you must have ice (icy water) on the cold plate for chilling of the liquids.

You can use anything from a 5 pound, 10 pound, and 20 pound portable tank.
