IRIS Small Animal Carrier, Brown

The perfect carrier for small pets. My two guinea pigs fit comfortably in it for trips to the vet, and I always get compliments on it. It is very well-made, and the handles are connected to the solid sides, not to the the door, so you don’t have to worry about it popping open. (Hopefully it goes without saying, but this is a transportation carrier for short trips only, and is NOT designed for animals to live in.)

I really like this carrier. This is a very sturdy, well made, and attractive carrier. No assembly required either! This will easily accommodate 2-3 adult rats. Possibly more if they are small or juveniles. This is a small animal carrier. I would not recommend it for cats - it's too small... unless it's a small/young kitten. I wish it either came with a water bottle or had a way to hang a water bottle. Not a big deal since my rats are not in it very long. Just for a trip to the vet or when I'm cleaning their cage. It's more expensive than other small animal carriers, but excellent quality - you get what you pay for. Including pictures of two adult female rats in the carrier for reference.

Product came fast and was packaged very well. Sturdy, and smart. It has three ways that you can open it for your pet which proved to be of great help for my daughter’s Greek Tortoise. We needed something to transport and keep him in while we went on a camping trip. This carrier allowed us to bring the little guy along! It was perfect in that it had a clear top that could let sunlight in for him since we couldn’t bring his lamp. It’s the perfect size and I’m sure could work for many Kinds of small pets. Loved that there were many vents, and all the openings made it easy to clean. We have used it a few times now and so glad we got it. I’ve attached many pics of the different ways you can open it.

I love this carrier. Fits my 5lbs Lionhead Rabbit perfectly. She can lay down and has room to turn around. The handle is comfortable and much easier to carry than traditional pet carriers. It opens 3 different ways which makes it easy to load a stubborn bun and for the Vet to pull her out for an exam. Highly recommend!

I bought this carrier for my pet squirrel, but it's so cute I hate to put anything in it!! It's just the right size, it's such a bright and cheerful design, and it's got 3 different little doors for ease of putting pets in/out. It's heavy duty and just the cutest thing ever! I'm buying several more for my other pets.

Assembled easily and is attractive. It was purchased to hold 2 rats for 20 minute stints during cage cleaning. They easily chewed through the plastic and were able to escape in the first 15 minutes. To be fair, the description does not mention rats. It would be fine to transport a rabbit or other small animals. Just not rodents with sharp teeth.

We bought this for our baby tortoise who is super tiny and one of the family. We tend to take her everywhere when it’s a long trip and since she is now the size of a palm after 2 and a half years (yes we’ve had her for one year babying her back to health from previous owner) she got her own travel carrier! She roams and loves it. Seems to feel comfortable enough to burrow in her carpeting we put in for her to sleep. Loves to peek out the open door or even if she wants step out and say hello. It’s very sturdy yet light at the same time. Has plenty of air vents all around and I love that there are different ways to get to the baby tortoise from the top and two different ways to open the side door. It’s an awesome carrier for the price, at first I thought it was priced kinda high till I saw the quality. When it arrived it was well packaged it was doubled boxed and packing paper snug better boxes. The 1st box was huge. They were making sure this box was going to get there safe and it did, not a scratch on it I was shocked. Most importantly Bean loves her enclosure for when we travel and it’s safe!!!

I love this carrier. It's like a tiny spaceship. I foster neonatal kittens, and they need a warm, humid environment. With this, I'm able to keep the tiniest kittens stable without crowding my one-bedroom apartment. I do wish the gaps on the sides and back were a bit smaller, but it's negligible. The lid and ways to open this carrier are genius. I want the white one so I can see better and I hope it'll come back in stock!

Use this for small bunny, easily for a bunny to getting in and out. I just hope that this could have a place to attaches a water bowl or bottle. Very stylish and expensive but it’s worth it.

I have several of these. When they are on sale, they are a good value for money. Not when they are not! I use these for my small parrots and they worked well.

Fast shipping great products! Unfortunately the package arrived cracked and opened corner, the carrier have a few deep scratches. I rather it arrives a little late than damage package; however, it’s still usable and pretty nice carrier

If i could give zero stars i would. Obviously well used and then returned. Not impressed. Someones rodent chewed all along all of the ventilation holes on the sides.
