I was able to get this module installed on my motherboard, making it compliant to install windows 11. Worked great!

The TPM module arrived very quickly after ordering and works as advertised. Easy to install and set up.

Allowed me to update to Windows 11
I have a Z390 board with a 9th gen processor, but the Win11 compatibility checker was failing me on the TPM chip requirement. I got this little plug-in board since my motherboard has a TPM header, and I was able to update to Win11.

Update your BIOS!
My Gigabyte B365 DS3H did not recognize the TPM module at first until I updated the BIOS to the latest revision. You might need to do an update as well if it isn't recognized at first.

Can not determine the items compatability with specific motherboards.
The add is unspecific. The product was advertised as being explicetly for Gigabyte Motherboards but did not fit my specific motherboard. The vendor should list the Specific motherboards with which this device ISA comparable. Otherwise you customers may get a useless piece of junk as I Did. Its bad enough to be forced to install this thing by windows 11 with out being shipped a useless ont that does not fit the Mothrfboards socket.

Chinese Made
If you are looking for security, which is the main purpose of a TPM, it would be wiser to find one not Chinese made like this one. Otherwise, if you are getting it just to upgrade to Windows 11, it works just fine.

Works great, but ... Not needed to install Win 11
Purchased new Gigabyte X570 mini-ITX mobo. As many reviews indicated, AMD's firmware did not work when I tried to install Win 11.Spent $25 for this TPD 2.0 hardware fix.... Worked great.It really bothered me that MS was forcing TPD as well as MS My Account sign in to run a paid for copy of Win 11... ($40 for key) .Ran a Duckduck go search "Install Win 11 without TPD."Tom's Hardware resolution works great. I've been a big fan of Tom's Hardware for at least 10 yrs.Downloaded Win 11 Pro ISO from MS website (free).Downloaded Rufus (freeware). Rufus makes bootable USB flash drive extracting Win 11 ISO.Rufus gives options to remove TPD and MS My Account from Win 11 install.Very easy procedure.Win 11 Pro (activated) running great with no TPD and no MS My Account login.

It works. I didn't have a problem I just wanted a discrete TPM chip because why not.
