I tried another type...it kept falling out, hurt my teeth and caused them to shift. This one is fine. The imprinting teeth helps. It stays in and doesn't hurt or shift my teeth. I was going to get a machine but no need now. Not snoring at all.

My biggest complaint is that when I had this mouthpiece properly installed, and if it didn't become dislodged at night, I'd wake up with sore lower front teeth. It would prevent my jaw from dropping when I fell asleep by holding onto my lower teeth. Surely it moves one's teeth over time, but I didn't want to find out. I tossed mine. I believe the concept is sound, and it appeared to work if it didn't become dislodged, but my teeth didn't like it.

A little bulky and will likely cause a little drool on your pillow. Also your bite will take a little adjusting as you make it through the day. I recommend it as a travel method to reduce snoring but I don’t think I would use it everyday. I would be concern it would permanently change my bite.Don’t lose the adjuster wrench. You will need it to modify how far out it pulls your lower jaw.It does work but concerned about effects on my bite.

What a waste of money! This was simultaneously too small and too large. Too small because it was too narrow - I could feel it squeezing my teeth on the sides and the hard, white plastic of the bottom tray dug into my gums in the front. Too large because it makes it impossible to close your mouth so you’re left with your mouth wide open all night, drooling and mouth breathing. I don’t know why they’ve totally over engineered this with a half centimeter of screws in between the top and bottom trays when they could have just made them click into each other like legos. Additionally, the eye mask has Velcro at the back - Velcro does not belong anywhere near hair. 0/10 would not recommend.

Falls out of mouth in the night - tried and tried, didn't work and so had to return to the company

I've tried the SnoreRX version and hated the size. I don't have a small mouth, but you can't easily close your lips while wearing any of these products. That's my only issue.Fitting it took a few attempts. Was uncomfortably tight on my teeth at first until I reformed it a couple of times. Very comfortable now. It did take some time to get used to.My partner loves it because I normally snore so bad. I was also finally able to take a trip without worrying about keeping everyone up.

My partner’s snoring has got me on the couch till I got them this. Was amazed it worked I’m usually skeptical but this is a 10/10 product. Came with clear instructions, an eye mask which I appreciated, and then the mouthpiece which is comfortable and case.
