I would recommend a different system
The biometrics system quit working. When we contacted the manufacturer, they wanted us to pay for the shipping to them, although they said they would pay for the return shipping. I already had it in the wall.If you are thinking about using it for a firearm, don't. When the biometrics did work, it often took up to 20-seconds.I would recommend a different system, or one with a key pad, before this one.

safe is useless..
key to safe was not enclosed, so as a result, safe is useless.......please send safe key so I can mount properly......ASAP

The keys are very safe !!!!!!
Thank you amazon for selling it to me with minor cosmetic damages for 1/2 price ..... the « inspected by amazon » sticker on it made me feel safe and happy .... until I opened it and noticed that the genius who inspected it made damn sure to put the keys into the safely locked safe .... so good luck to the next person buying this fabulous useless piece of crap .... maybe one day someone will get it with keys and be able to give it a 5 Star review ....
