I have many books in this series. this one about Mill Creek Park is one of my favorites. A must have book in you are from Youngstown or love parks.

I now have two copies. I purchased one for my nieces who lost their father (my brother) 7 years ago; it was his favorite place during his childhood. Mill Creek Park is the Diamond in the rough that many are not aware of. It is what calls me home for visits.

I was raised in the Mill Creek Park area, and the pictures in the book remind me of the area that I loved so much.

They cover a lot about the park. A lot of things I didn’t know about and things I thought was just folklore were true to.
