The singing bowl is about the size of the palm of your hand is you have small hands. This was my first time using anything like this, it really does help with relaxation. I bing it every morning and various times throughout the day. Now to make it sing took me a bit of practice, but I finally got the hang of it after a few weeks and it’s so peaceful. I found the it works best holding it in the palm of my hand or sitting in on the little donut shaped pillow.

Takes some practice, the quality is decent, it’s not the best I’ve tried but with practice you can use it, I would stick with a larger bowl for beginners.

I purchased this item for myself. I have been meditating for a couple of years now and wanted to add a little extra something. I figured I would take a chance and I’m so glad I did. This is an absolutely beautiful set, definitely gift worthy. I have to be honest, I wasn’t sure what the quality would be considering the price, seemed too good to be true. I was happy to be wrong this time. I would recommend this to anybody, so peaceful.
