PowerexMHRCI2 Imedion C 5000mAh 2-Pack Rechargeable Batteries

I installed one of these batteries in each of the two solar vent fans on my boat and they seem to be doing the job. It is too early to to say absolutely how good they are because the batteries they replaced lasted five years and I installed these just two weeks ago. My short term rating is four stars but that will be revised if they fail within a few years..

These are true LSD C-cells. They are rated at 4200mAh minimum capacity. I tested six batteries for capacity in a SkyRC MC3000 battery charger/analyzer. The cells tested from 4500mAh to 4300mAh, with an average of 4400mAh. With more cycles the batteries will probably have greater capacity. I put three of these cells in a Davis Weather Station and they are maintaining voltage well. All of these batteries were about 75% charged when received (typical of LSD cells - Eneloops, as delivered). The cells are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The batteries work just fine with the exception that they may have too high of a current for small toys like Thomas trains. My son's train began to smoke (a lot!) when using this battery. Luckily we were around. Be aware if unsupervised and under this condition, it could easily start a fire and burn your house down. Seriously.

These guys charged quickly and lasted a full six months in the drawer without being used. . One of my robo brooms needed 4 of them so I put these in and the broom acts like it was refurbished (a good thing). It's still running now after two weeks of using it everyday. These batteries were recommended by a web review site and I know why.

I'd got these for an emergency LED lantern I keep for power outages. I got them because they were supposed to have a very low self discharge. I'd recharge them once per year, which means I had recharged them twice, once in Feb of 2015 when I got 'em, and then again in March of 2016. I'd test the lantern briefly every 3-6 months. Went to check it a few days ago, and it was dead. Put the batteries in my smart charger, and it reported all 4 had failed. Won't buy from this company again.

I scuba dive once a week. Switched over to rechargeable batteries several years ago.These batteries don't lose the charge like older ones. Expensive, but worth it.

UPON DOING SOME RESEARCH ON C RECHARGEABLE BATTERRIES THE EMIDION C 5000 mAh WAS MY CHOICE AS IT HAD GOOD CONSUMER RATINGS AND BECAUSE IT IS A LSD.. LOW SELF DRAIN.. BATTERRY..WHICH I TRY TO BUY IN ANY SIZE BATTERIES I NEED.. I OWN SIZES AA, AAA, C, AND D IN THIS BRAND AND GET EXCELLENT RESULTS...

33% (2 of the original 6 cells) failed with 1.5 year. The first cell that failed on first charge was replaced by Maha under warranty, while the 2nd cell died out of warranty and support declined to replace it. The plastic wrapper broke on 3 of the cells, it does not impact functionality yet, but I never had this happen with batteries before. At least they haven't leaked like the AA batteries I had from Powerex (Maha).

the batteries i received was in sealed package and as described. the capacity is like i expected and seems to work fine!
