These were recommended by an Indian friend as we purchased it for an elderly with digestive issues like constipation that were persistent. These worked well in clearing the blockages. These tablets are small but powerful and 1 or 2 taken at bedtime will do the trick for most people. Price was reasonable, Prime delivery was fast and the needed Nityam tabs were delivered on time to address the problems. Minor issue was that the 2-pack of Nityam had only 20 tabs (2x10 each) instead of 24 tabs (2x12 each) as the description states. Medicine was needed right away so no time to worry about that.
