Can I use this on the top side as well?

Not a good idea because it is ablative paint and will come off like chalk and stain everything that it comes in contact with.

Can boat be pulled or does it have to stay in the water?

This is an ablative paint. Ablative paints generally loose effectiveness when exposed to air for more than a few days. A hard or semi-hard bottom paint is a better idea for boats that will be kept out of the water for periods of time. You can restore the efficacy of ablative paints that have been kept out of the water by lightly sanding them before relaunch, but who wants to do that!

what is the coverage for one gallon? will it do a 24 foot deep hull searay sundancer? this should be in the description.
