Impressive and great in a pinch
Tried this on a whim and it was so great. I was saving it for a lazy dinner night, and it ended up being perfect.I used my instant pot and shredded some chicken breasts to throw over cauliflower rice. Simple and delicious. I recommend adding some fresh herbs for garnish to balance out the flavor.

Nice smokey flavor, not hot at all, I did had to add some fresh garlic though. I love the taste of garlic

I just wasn’t a fan of the flavor profile, although i typically enjoy Butter Chicken.
