The lighted part works great but because of cheap plastic and a very bad design the actual head band just snapped on both sides the first time I put it on my head! Now there is no way to have it sit on my head, which renders it rather useless and a total waste of money. This is a very badly designed product which is such a shame as it would have looked pretty cool and would work with a few adjustments. If only they had thought about it and used decent materials.So, my advice to customers is steer well clear of this cheap and badly made product and my advice to the makers is go back to the drawing board and use a better design and much better materials!

I was a bald guy wearing this, and it was still the hit of the party. It would obviously work better if I had some of my own hair to camoflauge the headband. Not very comfortable, but I didn't really expect it to be. The lights and variations worked and looked great. All the kids in my youth group kept trying to steal it from me.

These looked like they would be so much fun. What JUNK!! I bought them for my boys for Disneyland (at night) one came completely broken, then the other 3 had all the light things fall out. So sad. They were such a waste of money. They only were able to wear them for like 10 min.

I received this and right out of the bag, it needed to be fixed. The lights were very dim and intermittent due to a poor contact in the soldering of wires and electronics inside. Every time i would press on one of the fiber sections, it would become visibly brighter or completely turn off. I opened it up and re-soldered all connections. May not be everyone's forte to do this, but I have experience in doing this. I don't know if this is common on all of them or just the one i received, but all the solder connections were very poor and seemed to be put together in a rush (might as well have used chewing gum). The wires were stripped too long and creating a short with other wires (which is why it would sometimes turn off when i pressed on one of the fiber sections).Note: I bought this for a 5K night time glow run. Not a very good idea since the head bands are very flimsy and don't hold well when moving around. Just tilting my head down would make it fall off. I had to use a head band to keep it on a little better. Might not be very good for little kids who obviously have a smaller head.

I love these! They are bright, multi functional lights that were awesome at a kids skating party. :-) They are made for bigger kids up to adults, kept falling off the little ones. A few of the pieces fell out a few times but were easy to push back in. My hubby even rocked the Mohawk for a while.
