Best home exercise equipment
I brought this for home workout and I did not expect that I could do so many exercises using this single equipment.I have been using this everyday and is working great. I would suggest this to someone who want to do light excersises in home. I am not sure if it will work smoothly for someone who does intense workout.

Review based on how I received the product.
I can only review based on how I received the product because I didn't get a chance to use it. When I opened the package, the item looked used. The floor protection pads underneath the knee pads were not included as shown in their instruction material. I am returning as I can't take a chance on this scratching up my wood-like tile floors.

I disliked that the resistance bands were weak, but then I noticed I may be able to change them out. We'll see...

Decent product for the price
I was worried that this wouldn't hold up. I had seen similar products with reviews about the bands snapping, but so far, that hasn't happened. You can tell that it's cheaply made, but it does what I need it to do.

Works well. Easy to use
Comes with an instruction sheet that has pics to show the different exercises you can do. It's easy to adjust the resistance. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that everything on the handle is plastic. It hasn't broken yet so I guess that's a plus
