I have used C4 sport and Original. I will be sticking with the original. Not knocking the sport version, but I find that the C4 Original is a quality pre-work out that gives me just the right boost of energy to maximize my workouts. Fruit punch is my favorite flavorand a great value for the money. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
