Excellent
Lost my “key” to take off my faucet head and this is exactly what I needed. Works like the original one and very low in price.

Soft plastic material makes edges of teeth wear off fast
I used it two to three times and the edges of the teeth are already worn out enough that it just slips when I try to turn it. While trying to take out the aerator the first couple times it had slipped a few times which must have scuffed up the plastic.

Skeptical
Kohler proprietary tool. I was skeptical it would remove our hard water deposit crusted over sink nozzle. It worked flawlessly.Don't waste your time like I did trying a variety of screwdrivers and pliers. This is what is needed.Ours are approaching 40 years old, fortunately Kohler has not come out with a different sink tool every year.

Worked well with Kohler faucet.
After a year in our new home, all our sink spouts were clogged due to hard water. Found strainer screen assembly part number on the Kohler's web site (#1278467) and ordered 3 sets. Unaware that the sets included the Kohler screen assembly tool #1092946, I ordered the Kohler tool and was left with 4 #1092946s. A single tool worked to replace all three screens but did require a significant upward pressure while turning counterclockwise due to the hard water deposits. Just a reminder that the tool and strainer screen were together in the package with the Kohler product. If your product is for a non-Kohler product, please check with the manufacturer’s website.

Perfect for Kohler faucets
Have Kohler fixtures in our home and was surprised that you need a special tool to remove the aerator. Every once in a while debris can start clogging up the bathroom faucet. I used to just spin off the aerator to clean it and restore the water flow. Not with a Kohler you don't unless you want to ruin your faucet. You have to have this tool. This little beauty makes it quick and simple. Great price and easy to use.
