I’m really disappointed I bought 2 books for two of my friends and both books are damaged

This is a beautiful and heartfelt journal which feels as if it has been written with love and care.It encourages me each day to take a moment to pause and reflect on what I need for myself and how I can best approach my day ahead.I love that the self-care library helps me to think about my physical, mental and emotional self-care needs, and provides some helpful ideas for each.This journal feels like I’m giving myself a warm hug and a fresh start each day. It really has been the perfect gift to myself.

Love this little journal because of its prompts. I struggle to journal on my own because I never know what to write but this journal does an amazing job of prompting my words and helping me to reflect. Can’t wait to use it more and it looks stunning!
