2nd purchase as 1st one failed. 2nd one is now starting to fail. Seller would not respond. Box starts to signal failed internet connection, reset by unplugging then operates for a few days. 1st box the power supplied failed then finally the box failed. Do not buy this box nor anything from this seller. Looking for another brand now before this box finally fails.Seller finally responded and sent a new box and it works as expected. Very happy with the service and the box now. Seller follow-up each day to ensure I had received the new box. Thank you.

[Update]Originally I gave it 3 stars (see below). Then EASYTONE contacted me the next day and sent me a new box which I received this week. I don't have problem with the remote with this box. Kodi 17.5 came pre-installed but I couldn't get it to play any moive. I uninstalled it and installed the latest version and now it works fine. The box plays local 4K video smoothly. When I stream 4K video from Netflix, I see it hiccup occationally. But it could be my network problem as I also see it on my laptop. I have nothing to complaint about now. 5 stars to the product and EASYTONE![Original comment]Good performance. Have used it for 3 weeks now. So far I only had to reboot the box once. The last box I had I needed to reboot it at least twice a day. Here are the cons: I didn't expect to receive an open box item with finger prints everywhere, and is set to someone's account. It's not missing anything though. Another reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the remote loses its sensitivity when the box is connected to a 5G network. It's an inconvenience to me as I need to switch to use 2.4G only. I don't see remote problem with 2.4G network. One more...if I enable hardware video acceleration in Kodi, random boxes show up in some video. I don't see this problem with my other box.

I have been searching and searching for an Android box that could replace my Xfinity X1 cable box for me, and this is it. It supports all of the heavy hitters like Comcast on Demand, Netflix, and Prime Video. Also, it’s super easy to use and supports gaming. Do not go without the wireless keyboard option, it really makes it trouble free to login to everything.

I’ve been using different boxes like this for a long time now. The easytone box has been the most reliable one I have ever bought. I use it to watch Netflix Kodi etc. These boxes are android based so just about any app you find in the app-store can be installed. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video (you need a subscription to those services, if that doesn’t go without saying) all work flawlessly. There isn’t any lag or buffering due to the limitations of the box (your internet connection will still play a part in the lagging). Kodi is pre-setup for the people that have no idea of the concept of Kodi and how to set it up. Just turn this box on click video and then Kodi – and you are good to go!Overall I love this box so much I bought one for my Parents who are not spring chickens but can use it with ease.

Did a lot of research...this model was a nice mix of performance and price. Glad to be running the latest version of Android TV!I ended up connecting a wireless mouse to simplify navigation.Would prefer easier launcher configuration;but, with a little research was able to replace the launcher with Simple TV Launcher...providing a very simple interface my whole family can use.The power and hdmi jacks are too close together...even with the provided hdmi cable, it's pressing on the power connector...not nearly as bad as when I tried a longer cable; but, still more than I'd like.Main use was to be able to use YouTube TV, and I'm happy with the choice.

Update, so I contacted customer service about my issue. They were very good about responding and sending me additional information. But most importantly they actually sent me a replacement box! So I updated my three stars to five. It's so hard these days to find good customer support after you purchase something. I understand that sometimes it's out of their control If an item is defective. Would definitely purchase from this company again!I purchased this box July 2017. And it was love at first sight I loved the size of it I love the way that it looked I love the lights on the outside. Once I turned it on, I was even more in love. Easy navigation beautifully set up. I am also the kind of person that always recommend something two friends when I really like it. I am very sad that I've recommended this box to anyone. I constantly have error messages on this box. I constantly have to restart the Box. And I've even did a factory reset. And it still has not solve the problem. This box should perform better. I have a cheap China Box that was my first purchase ever and it works better than this one does sadly. So sadly I would not recommend anyone to purchase this box.

Easy setup and very nice to navigate around! I found that the 8 core processor really helps with streaming live tv and running app! I love the fact it has a nice clock in the front of it so you can always see what time it is! I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting to cut the cable at their house/apartment, and wanting to go full streaming! This box works with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and a few others! I have 2 other android boxes and this one by far beats them with processor speed and how smooth the video streams!
