some keys are not working and little bit slow while select the keys. So, we don't want to return but replace this item, but replacement option is not showing.

Pretty much does all the stuff except for voice commands. But the keys are annoyingly hard to press and noise is disturbing. The volume rocker went partially unresponsive within 3 months. These third party things are bound to be fragile and don’t expect them to last long.

Compitable with Hisense tv. Only drawback is Google voice is not working.

I needed a replacement remote for my Hisense 32A56E because the original remote that came with the TV became dysfunctional. I use my TV for YouTube, streaming, and watching files from pen-drive. I don't use Cable so Numpad is useless anyway, so good thing this remote doesn't have Numpad - It makes the body compact. The buttons are tactile. The body is sturdy. Good quality remote overall

There is no voice Mic, 350 would be a good deal... 499 is high for a just a duplicate TV remote.
