Disappointed…metal part wasn’t bronze; it was black, so returned it.

This matched my first purchase for a hanging light in the kitchen of my new home. Better than picture indicated and excellent service, arrived with no damage and right when needed.

Hard to install—darker than expected—pretty though.
Useless directions....very tricky to figure out how to hang it safely and securely. Three arms have to be twisted into correct positions. Oil rubbed bronze looks black instead of dark brown. Glass is pretty. Very light weight.
