Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense., Vol. 5 (light novel)

this vol is the first the anime doesn't cover and focus on two new levels of NWO the fourth an eternal night level with Japanese style and the fifth a cloud level along with a jungle event map. Kasumi is focus on beside the main characters maple and sally but chrome also get some paper on him although the others of maple tree are talked about but that it. the vol as see the maple tree members teaming up with holy sword and fire emperors top members. the vol is missing the chat room sections a big lose for me and pages focusing on the Admins

The volume reads much like a string of short events for all the members of the Maple Guild, and occasionally them teaming up with well-known members of their rival guilds. I got the feeling Maple is getting a bit bored with the game and it shows in the story. It lacked focus and somewhat haphazardly switched points of view and events. Still entertaining, but not the best volume of the series.

Maple proves once again that underestimating her is silly, and honestly I think her new skills will probably end up getting used in unusual ways can't wait to find out what she does next!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Story⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Characters⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wholesomeness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ComedyBofuri still one of my most favourite light novels there is. In vol. 5 we finally get a complete new story from what was shown in the anime and while it might be slightly less funny as the previous ones were it is still full of wholesomeness & cuteness.p.s. I don't take the price into consideration of the rating, but with ca. 9€ I find it more on the price side (I don't know why but Amazone did increased the prices for most of the light novel I read here...)
