How to assemble the rear wheels?

Step 1: Find a groove in the axle as shown in the picture.

Step 2: Assemble the semi-circular locking tab into the groove with the tool as shown in the figure.

Step 3: Make sure the locking tab is fixed in the position as shown until you hear a “click”, otherwise the rear wheels may fall off.

The rear wheel broke off in 5 minutes! Broke on the first ride!! How can I return it and get my money back??

We're so sorry about it. Please don't worry and check the resolutions as follows:
1. It happens when the C-type locking tab is loose or missing. Please order this accessory and assemble the rear wheel again. Or contact our after-sales team through support@newyoo.net, if your order is in the warranty period.
2. Assembly Method: INSERT THE LOCKING TAB WITH A HARD TOOL, LIKE A SHARP NOSE PLIERS TO MAKE SURE IT’S PLACED IN THE POSITION UNTIL YOU HEAR A “CLICK”. OTHERWISE, THE REAR WHEELS MAY BE WOBBLE OR FALL OFF. 
3. Those wheels are made of high-dense EVA, and the frame is made of strong carbon steel. No need to worry about them being broken or worn off.
4. Please feel free to return it through the Amazon Order Page or contact us, if you cannot figure it out. We'll try our best to help you, whether your order is in the warranty period or not.

Does this toddler tricycle really fit 1-3 years old?

Yes, 4 modes for your kids, including push mode, balance bike mode, tricycle mode, bike mode.
1. Push mode: Assemble pedals in the middle of the frame instead of the front wheel and insert the parent push handle. Easy to assemble and to control
2. Balance bike mode: Convert 3 wheels to 2 wheels as instructed. Put pedals under the seat
3. Tricycle mode: Your kid can ride it freely without push handle control when he/she grows. 3 wheels shall not make him/her fall.
4. Bike mode: it’s suitable for kids when he/she learned to balance.
Please note that newyoo tricycle is multi-functional instead of a monofunctinoal tricycle so that it fits kids of different ages under 110 cm. Please feel free to contact us, if you don’t understand how to use those 4 modes.

The parent handle bar too short for an averages sized person. do you sell a longer version for normal sized adults?
