Dolce Vita Women's Tessey Boot

Very cute boot. I almost always wear an 8.5 and the 8.5 in these shoes were a little snug at first and the more I wore them the more perfect they fit. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in. I commute into nyc and walk to work everyday so it is important that I wear comfortable shoes and these are great. I have not had any issues since. They are a little annoying to get on and off since there is no zipper but overall they are a great shoe and great color. I ordered the anthracite which is a greyish blue color and they go great with jeans.

Three stars because out of the box, I fell in love. The PERFECT bootie. HOWEVER: I made the mistake of assuming "UK" next to size meant these were in UK sizes because, well...due. Ordered a UK 6 expecting a shoe to fit my US 8 / Euro 39. Nope. This is a bona-fide size 6 in US size. Here's the deal: If you're going to advertise the size as UK - then send the appropriate size! I started a return but have already ordered the same in a size US 8 from another seller. I go between an 8-8.5 but definitely went with 8 because these are real suede and they will STRETCH.Edit: Following up with results of the size 8. Still too small, as it turns out. I'll need to go up half a size but I've already worn the 8 so I won't be able to return them. Kind of a hassle but oh well.

Dolce Vita never fails. I always order the same size and they have the same fit every time, no matter the boot. Gorgeous material. Gorgeous color. I purchased them in anthracite and it's somewhere between slate and lavender. The only reason I always rate a 4 is that more padding on the inside of the boot would take them from great to the best pair of boots on the planet. I'm an urbanite and walk a lot and am on my feet constantly. To their credit, they withstand a tremendous amount of wear and tear. Def buy these if you're looking for the perfect suede ankle boot.

I usually wear a size 9 in sneakers/boots and after reading other reviews that said it's on the small side of a 9, I felt confident in my purchase. These shores are massive! The size 9 had about an inch of space between the end of my toe and the end of the boot. Way too big even with a thick sock, too much space around the ankle, I felt like my foot was sliding around the foot bed. Got them for a special event and am just praying the 8.5 comes in time. I'm not even sure the 8.5 will fit, I might have needed to go a whole size down. Overall pretty disappointed in this and I usually like Dolce Vita shoes.

Nice quality, I usually wear 9.5 wide or a 10, the 10 fit me well in these. The toe box is a bit narrow. I like that the ankle is snug to the ankle without binding, as there's elastic inside. I got the blue which is a nice navy, maybe a bit brighter than a true navy. Footbed is comfortable not too cushy, not too firm. Arch support is pretty good, I wouldn't say excellent.

I really really love these boots in taupe. I regret buying them only because now I also have to buy the black, and they are not cheap. But I have tried on literally 20 pairs of ankle boots and these win hands down. I hate ankle boots that gape in the ankle, and these do not at all. They look great with jeans and with dresses/skirts. They are classy and expensive looking because of the slightly pointed shape, high quality leather, and hidden elastic, but also super comfortable. I am almost always a 7.5 in shoes with medium/narrow feet, and the 7.5 in these fits perfectly. Snug, but not uncomfortable. I can wear them with thin no-show socks right out of the box. Beautiful shoe.

Really like the style and comfort of these boots HOWEVER, upon wearing once, the stitching is coming loose around the right side of the boot. It's completely coming unstitched and makes them look really tacky. I'll take to a shoe repair to have them re-sewn only because I got them at a very good price. Cute style, poor quality. : (

I love these boots. I have them in taupe. I ordered on Amazon to get them in black last minute for a trip to Europe. When they came I tried on the right boot and it felt like a half size too big. Then I tried on the left and it fit perfect - like my normal size. For some reason the right boot is totally stretched out (they measure the same so they are the same size). I would return however I'm leaving and need them. I will just have to wear a thicker sock on my right foot.

Acheté pour ma fille, elle les aime bien et lui vont bien, mais ma fille a les pieds mince, si vos pieds sont larges le produit ne vous ira pas.
