Ordered it twice, came without mallet both times.The product itself is beautiful, hand painted and the cloth stand is very colorful and well made.UPDATE: Contacted the seller and thet sent out a mallet immediately, and were very kind and swift.

This is my first singing bowl and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But I LOVE it. It's very pretty, for one thing, with nice color and detail. It comes with a bag, matching fabric ring stand, and mallet. All are of decent quality. It says it's made in Tibet.The bowl is small enough to hold easily, but it's a good weight, and it's really calming and pleasurable to make it "sing." We picked it up very quickly so I'm sure anyone else could too. It has been helping me to handle my anxiety and feel more positive. It really does make a difference. I always pull it out now on bad days to help me calm down.Do not put water in this bowl to watch the ripples it makes when it sings, as in some videos. My husband did that and some of the green came off. :)I like this so much I am recommending it to family and friends. Five stars!

Good size singing bowl, which is good to take it with you anywhere to do meditation. The quality and appearance of the bowl is well done that includes storing case and matching cushion & mallet. My wife loves the sounds, it makes her feel calm & relaxed.

This singing bowl is great! So much to like about it, including that it's small enough to keep on a desk etc without it taking up a bunch of room. It is very nicely crafted - high level of detail that really makes it a standout from others I have seen. The detail is on the outside but also the inside base. Just really, really nice!!It plays beautifully - makes such a pleasant sound that is relaxing and grounding.Comes with a nice mallet and a cushion to stand it on that has bright, attractive colors. Most bowls I have seen come with just a rubber o-ring so this makes it a step above the others too. AND...it comes with a carrying case - also a BIG plus - and that is SUPER nice as well - it matches the cushion.This would make a GREAT gift for anyone - just all the way around cool. I love it. Two thumbs up!

These bowls are beautifully designed and crafted. When used properly it creates a beautiful sound and you can literally feel the vibrations. Worth its value. Good material, sturdy and overall just beautiful.

The singing bowls I've tried in stores were much larger (and more expensive) than this Tibetan Singing Bowl From 7 Planets. The tradeoff, as far as I can tell, is in the pitch. This little bowl has a higher pitch than the deep, mesmerizing ring of a larger singing bowl. Additionally, we're not able to gently slide the mallet around the inside of the bowl to elicit this pitch; you more have to gently ring the bowl with the mallet to get a pitch. Hit it too hard and it's jarring. So...I feel like this will remain a lovely item that brings to mind a great idea of the healing tone of a singing bowl. But it won't really offer much healing, as we really can't enjoy the tone it offers. It's a bit disappointing.

This Tibetan sounding bowl is very well made and extremely beautiful. it comes in a handmade container and a mallet. It is heavy in your hand and sounds great when the mallet hits it. Highly recommend and perfect for meditation.

I have a collection of various types of singing bowls, and I was impressed with the quality of this one compared to other small metal ones I have gotten in the past. The bowl is a little deeper and wider on top and a thinner metal. Once it starts, it is long lasting and has a very melodious sound to it. I also like the look of it and the dark green as that is not a color I see often. I would get it again, and it makes a great gift item.
